We keep your email only as long as needed to handle your request, then we delete it or archive it for a limited time for follow-up.

Default retention: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.

Raw first-party analytics events are kept for up to 90 days. Lead records, quiz responses, lead summaries, and aggregate reporting rollups may be kept longer so we can answer your request and understand performance without retaining every raw journey event.
